If you’ve been curious about padel and want an easy way to get started, this is for you. Our Women’s Padel Starter Workshop introduces the basics of the game in a small-group format, so you can build confidence, learn proper technique, and enjoy the experience from your very first session.
Held at our sheltered Bedok venue, this 2-hour workshop is a comfortable and social way to step onto the padel court.

What You’ll Learn
During the 2-hour workshop, you’ll be introduced to the core fundamentals of padel, including:
basic rules and scoring
how to hold the racket correctly
forehands and backhands
volleys
serves and returns
movement and positioning
using the glass walls
simple rally and game play skills
The session is designed to help you understand the game, get comfortable with the court, and start playing with confidence.
